The HPL hybrid module simply combines the system functions needed in an office to ensure optimal thermal and acoustic comfort. Depending on the hydraulic connection to the hot / cold water network and the choice of the type of regulation, the HPL hybrid module acts on the space as a system of thermoactive and self-regulating building elements. In principle it is identical to a powerful cooling ceiling system with a high radiation rate suitable for rooms with high thermal load.

Hybrid Module HPL

The application of the system of thermoactive elements and the high specific performances allow high energy efficiency operation, thanks to the high temperature of the fluid during cooling operation and also thanks to the use of the original energy production (geothermal energy, free cooling, etc.).

Application
The HPL hybrid module guarantees thermal and acoustic comfort in offices, whether they are poorly or excessively equipped with technological installations. Other applications are possible in spaces with exposed concrete ceilings, such as shops, schools, factories and hospitals.

What does thermoactive mean?

Thermoactive means that the mass of the building is taken into account in the energy management of the building. From a thermal point of view, the building therefore exhibits dynamic behavior. Unlike the static behavior, where the thermal load must be discharged during the operating time, the dynamic behavior implies that the thermal load also disperses outside the operating period.

The load is then evacuated during the entire cycle of the day, day and night. During the day the amount of incoming heat is only partially dissipated, the other part is stored in the concrete. At night, this amount of heat is extracted from the concrete, so that the accumulator can again optimally store the incoming heat for the next day.
